Harrison Gillespie

Sandy gained her Bachelor of Business Studies degree, majoring in Accountancy 10 years ago after studying at Massey University as an extramural student, while working and raising a family. Sandy became a Chartered Accountant in February 2004 and obtained her Certificate of Public Practice in November 2007. She has been working in the industry for over 20 years, so has a wide knowledge of many different accounting problems. Being raised on a dairy farm in Taranaki has given her a valuable insight into farming and business practices. In her time off Sandy enjoys fishing and spending time with family and friends.

Olga joined Harrison Gillespie in 2013 as a Senior Accountant. Previously she gained experience working at WHK Auckland (now Crowe Horwath Auckland), and after that at PKF Francis Aickin, Kaitaia. Her early experience in Auckland led to her interest in taxation and developed a desire to understand and assist a wide range of businesses. Throughout the years she has gained experience in financial reporting, management accounting, tax, forecasting and business performance. Originally from Ukraine, she has lived in New Zealand for over 10 years. Olga enjoys spending her time with her husband and their three children.

Leeanne Welsh is our Office Admin, who also assists with GST, Payroll and Company Office administration. Leeanne joined the team at Harrison Gillespie in May 2017 and has extensive experience in administration. She is born and bred in the Far North. She is currently building a house in Ahipara, where she will spend a lot of her spare time at the beach with her family and friends.

Rebecca joined the team at Harrison Gillespie in September 2014. Her role includes assisting with preparation of Financial Statements, GST returns and tax administration. Rebecca has extensive experience in PA and office administration. She was born in Kaitaia and has lived here her whole life, and has started a family here. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family and dog at the river, paddle boarding, and catching up with friends.
